At SHEFIX.UK, all Coochie Care products are intimate wellness items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

No Returns or Exchanges



Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.


We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Opened or used products

• Products that have been tested or tampered with

• Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity

• Incorrect product selection by the customer


Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and ingredient lists before purchase.





Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items



If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’re here to help.


You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue


Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.





Refunds



Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Shipping costs are non refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.





Cancellations



Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.


If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we may be able to amend it before processing, but this cannot be guaranteed.





Allergies & Sensitivities



We strongly recommend completing a patch test before full use.


We cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions or sensitivities, and refunds will not be issued for these reasons.
